含氮杂环水处理剂FNP—C缓蚀性能研究

RESEARCH ON THE CORROSION INHIBITION PERFORMANCE OF N-HETEROCYCLE-CONTAINING WATER TREATMENT AGENT FNP—C

摘要:

研究了含氮杂环天然高分子改性水处理剂FNP-C在1-0 mol/L 盐酸溶液中对A3 钢的缓蚀性能。评价了投加量、温度等对缓蚀性能的影响,比较了FNP-C、EDTMP、CG-A 的缓蚀能力,考察了FNP-C与EDTMP的协同缓蚀作用,探讨了FNP-C的缓蚀机理。研究结果表明,FNP-C在中低温、低浓度盐酸介质中对A3 钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,是一种以抑制阴极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂。

Abstract:

The experiments of corrosion prevention of A3 steel in 1.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid were carried out by using natural polymer modified N-heterocycle-containing water treatment agent FNP-C. The effect of dosage and temperature on corrosion inhibition efficiency was studied, the comparison of corrosion inhibition capacity among FNP-C, EDTMP and CG-A was made, the coordinated corrosion inhibition effect of FNP-C and EDTMP was investigated, and the corrosion inhibition mechanism of FNP-C was approached. The experimental results showed that FNP-C is effective in the corrosion prevention of A3 steel in hydrochloric acid of low concentration and at middle to low temperature.
