作者着重介绍了以氮氧化物为催化剂,以填料塔为反应器,以钢铁酸洗废液或铁屑为含铁原料合成聚合氯化铁工艺。同时对于该气液反应的机理,影响因素,解决措施进行了讨论。

Abstract:

The ferrous chloride from pickling solution can be oxidized by oxygen under the catalysis of nitric oxides in closed circuit comprising a liquid phase and a vapor phase to produce coagulant-poly ferric chloride. This reaction is a typical gas-liquid reaction controlled by the adsorption of nitric oxides in gas phase. The productivity can be remarkably enhanced by increasing interfacial area between gas phase and liquid phase. According to its oxidation mechanism a preparative technology is presented.
