摘要:

介绍了一种氨烷基膦酸氮氧化物--二甲基氨基亚甲基二膦酸氮氧化物(DMAMDPO)的合成方法,并进行了缓蚀阻垢性能的研究。结果表明,在相同条件下,DMAMDPO在阻碳酸钙、硫酸钙、磷酸钙垢和稳定锌以及缓蚀性能等方面均优于二甲基氨基亚甲基二膦酸(DMAMDP)、HEDP和ATMP。同时,DMAMDPO对氯有较强的耐氧化分解能力,可以和含氯的杀生剂复配使用。

Abstract:

The method of synthesis ofN, N-dimethyl-1-aminomethane-1, 1-diphosphonic acid N-oxide is introduced. The performance of inhibiting scale and inhibiting corrosion of the synthetic product has been studied and a contrast with N, N-dimethyl-1-aminomethane-1, 1-diphosphonic acid and two commonly used water treatment agents, HEDP and ATMP is carried out. The experimental result shows that the scale inhibition and the corrosioninhibition of DMAMDPO are prior to DMAMDP, HEDP and ATMP. And it indicates a greater stability for the chlorine.
