制药废水的混凝强化生物处理试验研究

摘要:

介绍了一种新的制药废水处理方法--混凝强化生物处理技术。将少量的硫酸亚铁混凝剂与废水混凝后进入生物曝气池运行,混凝过程形成的沉淀颗粒既能支持微生物的生长,又能在其表面形成生物活性膜,成为污泥菌类理想的载体,从而强化了生物处理的去除效果。该方法所需投加混凝剂的质量浓度仅为50mg/L,处理后产生的污泥量少,且污泥的沉降性能好。与常规的生物处理法相比,具有处理负荷高、去除效果明显等优点。并从混凝作用、生物膜的形成、铁离子对微生物的电子传递及催化作用等方面探讨了混凝强化生物处理的作用机理。

Abstract:

A new treatment technology for pharmaceutical wastewater has been presented, which is called improved coagulation biological process. The wastewater treated with small amount of iron(Ⅱ)sulfate coagulant is fed into the aeration basin. The coagulated particle, as a core, supports the growth of microorganism and the active biological film is easily formed on surface of the core. Thus, the removal efficiency is increased. The dosage of coagulant is only 50mg/L, the amount of sludge is small, and the sedimentation property is excellent. Compared with the traditional biological treatment process, the treatment load of this new treatment technology is higher, and the water quality is much improved. The mechanisms, such as the coagulating action, the formation of biological film, the electronic transfer and the catalysis of iron ion etc. in the process, are discussed.
