复配杀菌剂协同效应的研究

摘要:

作者通过分别测试戊二醛和十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(7326) 两种杀菌剂在不同浓度下单独作用和复配后的杀菌率,用协同指数来分析和判断两者复配后是否存在的协同效应,并找出了理想的配比范围。同时介绍了一种对于复配杀菌剂如何寻找最佳配比的实验方法。

Abstract:

Two bactericides-glutaraldehyde and tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorine (7326) were studied by seperately testing the bacterial number reduction percentage acting alone and in combination in different concentrations, using the synergism index to analyze and judge if there is synergism and find out the ideal range of composite ratio. Meanwhile, the experimental method on how to find out the multiple ratio of composite bactericides is being introduced.
