火电厂浓缩池溢流灰水回收利用技术

Recovery technology for overflowing ash-sluice of the concentration pond in power plants

摘要:

分析了火电厂溢流灰水的特点,选择了用于灰水处理的具有去除SS和阻垢双重性能的高聚物多功能药剂,这类药剂作为处理溢流灰水的絮凝剂使用具有反应速度快、加药量小、适用范围广、处理效果好、沉降分离快的特点 ;这类药剂作为阻垢剂使用,在灰水中SS <30 0mg/L,pH 7~ 1 2.5时,能有效地防止水回用系统结垢,还能降低灰浆水输送系统的结垢速率,有利于整个水回用系统及灰水处理系统形成良性循环,同时具有无污染、处理价格低廉的优点。并根据这类多功能药剂的特点设计了一整套溢流灰水处理回收利用工艺方法,设计的灰水回用系统简单、适用,比常规方法省去了 3个以上处理设施,它在不同类型厂的成功使用都取得了投资少、占地小、效果好、运行费用低 (处理药费0.015~0.03元/m3)的效果。该方法亦适用于电厂灰场澄清灰水的处理回用。

Abstract:

The characteristic of the overflowing ash-sluice in power plants have been analyzed. A kind of multi-functional high polymer compou nd is used to remove the pollutant in ash-sluice water and to prevent scaling. The reagent which is characterized by having a fas ter reaction speed, less feeding quantity, wider applicable range and better res ults is used as flocculant in the overflowing ash-sluice water treatment. When used in ash-sluice water as corrosion inhibitor SS<300 mg/L, pH 7~12.5,it can efficiently prevent the water recovery system from scaling and lower the scaling speed of the ash-sluice transporting system. In addition, it is characterized by having lower treatment cost, no pollution. It is good for forming a good cycle for the whole water recovery system and ash-sluice treatment system. A simple and suitable technology has been designed for the ash-sluice treatment system, In this technique, more than 3 ponds have been saved. Its successful application in different types of plants shows that the results are low investment, small site, low operating expense (the treatment cost is 0.015~0.03 yuan per m3 of water). This technique can also be used for the recovery of settling sluice water in ash ponds.
