钼系复合缓蚀剂软水水质稳定的动态模拟研究

Study on molybdate combined inhibitor for soft circulating water stabilization with a dynamic model device

摘要:

通过现场动态模拟试验,研究了钼—膦—锌—唑复合配方对马钢公司软水的水质稳定效果。在循环水总硬度 (以CaCO3计 ) 1 0~ 2 0mg/L,MoO42- 含量 1 3~ 2 0mg/L、有机磷 1 5mg/L、Zn2+4mg/L条件下,试管平均腐蚀率 0.0 0 36mm/a,平均污垢粘附速度为 7.0mcm,极限污垢热阻接近零。循环水中配方组分性质稳定。试验同时对预膜及补药方式进行了讨论。研究表明,钼系复合配方对闭路软水及低硬度循环水的水质稳定,有重要应用价值。

Abstract:

Based on dynamic modeling experiments in site, a comb i ned inhibitor mainly composed of molybdate/phosphonic acid/zinc cation/BTA has b een s tudied for soft circulating water in Maanshan Iron & Steel Company. Under the condition of total hardness of circulating water 10~20 mg/L,concentra t ion of MoO42- 13~20 mg/L,phosphonic acid 15 mg/L,Zn2+4 mg/L,a res ult shows that the average corrosion rate of test tubes is 0.003 6 mm/a,avera ge fouling adherence rate is 7.0 mcm,while limiting fouling heating transfer res istance is nearly equal to zero. All the chemicals of the combined inhibitor is q uite stable in circulating water. The paper also discusses the operation of pre coating and dosage. The study shows that the molybdate combined inhibitor is ap plicable for the quality stability of soft water closed circulation system as well as low hardness co oling water system.
