聚羧酸类阻垢剂对碳酸钙的沉淀及溶解过程的影响研究

Effect of some polycarboxylic acids as scale inhibitor on the precipitation and solution of calcium carbonate in aqueous solution

摘要:

利用VB语言自编的计算机程序对不同形态CaCO3 在各种条件下的溶解度进行了计算 ,并对过饱和体系进行了分析 ,在此基础上研究了PAA1,PAA2 ,PMA -AA ,PPMA四种聚羧酸类阻垢剂对CaCO3 的再溶解和沉淀过程的影响 ,从阻垢剂对CaCO3 沉淀形态影响的角度 ,解释了阻垢剂对CaCO3 过饱和溶液亚稳态的影响和阻垢剂的阻垢作用。

Abstract:

The solubility of different forms of calcium carbonate under various conditions has been calculated by using the self-edited computer program .The supersaturated solution system of calcium carbonate has been analyzed with the same program .The effect of four polycarboxylic acid (PAA1 , PAA2 , PMA -AA , PPMA)as scale inhibitors on the precipitation and solution of calcium carbonate in aqueous solution has been studied .From the point of view of the effect on the precipitation forms , the explanations are given out to describe the scale inhibition mechanism and the effect of scale inhibitors on the metastable state of CaCO3 in the supersaturated solution.
