摘要:
聚合物驱含油污水具有粘度大、油珠粒径小的特性,处理难度比水驱含油污水大得多。通过现场试验改进了水力旋流器的结构,并优化了操作参数,使其更适合处理聚合物驱含油污水。现场工艺试验表明,含油量小于 2 0 0 0mg/L的来水,经水力旋流器处理后,含油量降为 15 3mg/L以下,过滤后最终水质达到中渗透层注水标准。

Abstract:
The treatment of oil-bearing sew age of polymer f looding is more dif ficult than the treatment of oilbearingsew age of conventional water flooding, because the viscosity of oil-bearing sew age of polymer f looding ishigh and the oil droplets are smaller.The st ructures of hy drocyclone are ameliorated and the operating parametersare optimized throug h experiment s in situ.The optimized hy drocy clone is suitable for t reating the sewage ofpolymer flooding.And, the experimental result s show that when the initial oil content is under 2 000 mg/ L, theoil content of oil-bearing sew age t reated by the hydrocyclone is under 153 mg/L, and the f inal water quali ty af terfiltratio n reaches the standard of middle saturated st ratum of injected water.
