改良厌氧-生物接触氧化处理纺织印染废水

Treatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater by improved anaerobic-biological contact oxidation echnology

摘要:

采用改良的水解酸化 -生物接触氧化工艺处理纺织印染废水。采取了预曝气、污泥回流和分级沉淀等措施,CODCr去除率约为 95 %,脱色效果可达到 97%,最终出水水质达到广州市污水一级排放标准的要求。运行结果表明 :该工艺具有剩余污泥少,耐冲击负荷能力强,难降解有机物去除效率高等优点,在纺织印染废水处理中具有实用性。

Abstract:

Textile printing and dy eing wastewater is treated by improved hydrolytic acidification -biological contact oxidation process.Some steps such as pre-aeration, return sludge, graded sedimentatio n and so on have been taken.The CODCr removal rate is about 95%, the efficiency on decolourization can reach 97 %.The end effluent quality meets the requirement of Grade 1, Discharge Standard for waste water in Guangzhou city.The running results show that it is of advantage for less residual sludge, stronger impactload endurance and higher removal efficiency on refractory organisms, and it has applicability in the treatment of tex tile printing and dyeing wastewater.
