利用石油微生物处理石油污水的初步实验

Application of oil degrading bacterium to treat oil field wastewater

摘要:

从油井的油层水中筛选到一株利用原油为碳源生长的芽孢杆菌M-1,当将其应用于石油污水处理时,在接种量为10%的条件下,能将污水的CODCr降低70%左右。当在污水中加入质量浓度为1g/L的(NH4)2SO4时,能使M-1对污水CODCr的去除率达到80%以上。M-1在室内条件下最适处理污水的温度为45。利用固定化的M-1也可以使加入(NH4)2SO4污水的CODCr降低70%。经M-1处理后的污水在210~300nm范围内的光吸收明显降低。因此,M-1在石油污水处理中有很好的应用潜力。

Abstract:

A strain of bacterium M - 1 that could use crude oil as carbon source has been screened from the oilfield water.It could decrease the CODCr of the oily wastewater by 70% when 10% M - 1 is inoculated in the wastewater.The efficiency of decreasing CODCr could be more than 80% when 1 g / L(NH4)2SO4was added into the oily wastewater. The optimal temperature for M - 1 to treat the oily wastewater is about 45 ℃.The immobilized M - 1 can also decrease the CODCr of the wastewater by about 70% after the 1 g / L (NH4)2SO4addition. After the wastewater had been treated by M - 1, the absorption peak at the range of 210 ~ 300 nm is almost disappeared.So the application of M - 1 to the treatment of oily wastewater has great potential.
