砂子负载纳米TiO2薄膜光降解有机污染物的研究

Study on the photooxidation degradation of organic pollutant by using supported catalysts nanometer-sized TiO2on sand

摘要:

从光化学的角度,对砂子负载纳米二氧化钛薄膜,光催化剂降解工业污水中的有机污染物的过程进行分析与研究,探讨了多种因素对光降解的影响。实验显示在紫外光和纳米二氧化钛共同存在下,能对工业污水进行处理,砂子负载纳米二氧化钛进行光催化降解的最佳条件:纳米二氧化钛的质量分数为2%,焙烧温度约300℃,工业污水的pH为6.0~7.0。

Abstract:

It has been analysed and studied that the organic pollutant in industrial wastewater is degraded with supported photocatalysts nanometer-sized TiO2on sand at the angle of photocatalytical chemistry,and the effects of many facts on photodegradation is discussed.By the experiment,it is concluded that the organic pollutant in the industrial wastewater can be treated with the experimental condition of both ultraviolet(UV)and nanometer-sized titanium dioxide.And the optimum conditions to photocatalyzed degradation with supported catalysts nanometer-sized titanium dioxide on sand are:the nanometer-sized titanium dioxide percentage is about 2.0g TiO2particle per100g sand,the baked temperature of catalysts is about 300℃and the best pH range of indus-trial wastewater is6.0~7.0.
