X型纳米分子筛去除含油废水中COD和NH3-N的研究

Study on the removal of NH3-N and COD in oil-bearing wastewater by nano-zeolite adsorption

摘要:

采用纳米沸石分子筛吸附法去除含油废水中的NH3-N和COD,实验中测试了纳米沸石分子筛的用量、反应时间、pH值、温度等条件对于去除率的影响。测试结果表明纳米沸石分子筛在常温常压下,反应时间在20min左右,pH值在3~5时,对NH3-N和COD有明显的去除效果,经过一次处理,去除率可达到75%以上。经过二次处理后,可达到地面水环境质量标准(GB3838—1988)Ⅳ类标准。同时,纳米沸石分子筛也可以去除其他污染物。

Abstract:

Nano-zeolite adsorption is used for treating NH3-N and COD in oil-bearing wastewater. The effects of the amount of nano-zeolite, reaction time, pH value, temperature, etc. on the removal rate have been tested. The results show that when the temperature and pressure are normal, the reaction time is about 20 min, and the pH value is 3 ~ 5, the removal rates of NH3-N and COD are remarkable. After the treatment, the removal rates are high than 75%. After the second treatment, it can meet the requirement of the environmental quality standard for surface water (GB 3838-1988). Furthermore, nano-zeolite can also be used for removing other pollutants.
