生物电Fenton系统对餐饮含油废水处理研究

Research on the treatment of catering oil-bearing wastewater by the bio-electro-Fenton system

摘要: 利用生物电Fenton系统对某高校食堂的餐饮含油废水进行处理,探讨了系统对餐饮含油废水的处理性能,考察了温度、阴极液初始pH和阴极曝气量等因素对系统性能的影响,并进行了工艺条件优化。结果表明,系统运行的最佳工艺条件:温度35 ℃,阴极液初始pH=3,阴极曝气量0.2 L/min。在最佳工艺条件下,阳极COD去除率、阴极油去除率和输出电压分别达到91.1%、95.3%和431.9 mV。

Abstract: The bio-electro-Fenton system has been used for the treatment of catering oil-bearing wastewater from a college dining hall. The treatment effects of the system on the catering oil-bearing wastewater are discussed,the influences of factors,including temperature,catholyte initial pH,cathode aeration rate,etc. investigated,and technological conditions optimized. The results show that the optimum conditions for the system operation are as follows:the temperature is 35 ℃,catholyte initial pH 3 and cathode aeration rate 0.2 L/min. Under optimal conditions,the anode COD removing rate,cathode oil removing rate and output voltage are 91.1%,95.3% and 431.9 mV, respectively.
