摘要:

针对热电系统循环冷却水的特点,通过对目前存在的问题进行分析,采用国内先进的膦羧酸、AMPS多元共聚物等水处理单剂,研究开发出具有较好技术经济性能的配方、在线清洗方案,并结合企业实际,摸索出一套行之有效的运行管理办法。经过为期6个月的工业应用试验表明,该方案不仅有效地解决了存在的问题,使各项缓蚀阻垢性能均达到中石化规定要求,而且浓缩倍数也得到了有效提高,取得了明显的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:

Based on the characteristics and technical conditions of cooling water systems in thermoelectrical enterprices, the prescription whose technical and economic indexes are very good. After half a year′s industrial application, the results show that the prescription has very satisfying scale and corrosion inhibition performance, economic and environmental benefits are also obtained.
