摘要:

通过选用江西省8个主要火电厂的粉煤灰样,对火电厂灰水再循环系统回水水质的影响因素进行了系统的试验研究,这些因素包括粉煤灰分、灰水比、回收水率、灰水在灰场的停留时间、冲灰原水水质、搅拌时间。试验结果表明:粉煤灰成分是影响回水水质最主要的因素,其次为灰水比、回收水率和灰水在灰场的停留时间,而冲灰原水水质和搅拌时间对回水水质影响不大。

Abstract:

This thesis introduces the experimental study of the influence factors on the backwater quality of recycling system of ash water in thermal plants by selected fly ash samples from thermal power plants in Jiangxi Province. The factors includes the component of ash, the ratio of ash to water, the ratio of backwater, the remaining time of ash water in ash field, the raw rushing ash water quality and the stirring time. The experimental result expresses: the main influence factors on the backwater quality is the fly ash component, the next influence factors are the ratio of ash to water, the ratio of backwater and the remaining time of the ash water in the ash field. But the rushing ash water quality and the stirring time on the backwater do not have much influence on it.
