农村灰水收集-处理-回用系统现状及应用建议

摘要:

目前农村灰水系统在技术和管理上存在问题,不利于灰水资源化。农村灰水收集系统分为管道系统和沟渠系统;处理系统主要采用生物转盘、曝气生物滤池、膜生物反应器等生物处理工艺,人工湿地等生态处理工艺和物理过滤等物化处理工艺;回用系统以加氯消毒和紫外消毒较为常见。农村灰水系统的工程应用中,管道系统造价高、处理系统冬季运行效果差是常见问题,技术上应优化灰水收集管道管径以降低造价,改进处理与回用技术以提升运行效果,并在回用前进行科学消毒,结合管理提升和制度优化协同推进农村灰水资源化。分析了农村灰水收集-处理-回用系统的现状及问题,从技术、管理和制度层面提出建议并展望了发展趋势。未来应研究灰水系统中物质和微生物的迁移转化规律,研发低温适用的灰水处理技术,并科学评估灰水管道和沟渠的综合效益,推进农村灰水有关理论和技术的进一步发展。

Abstract:

Current rural greywater system has problems in technology and management, which are not conducive to its resourcezation. Rural greywater collection system includes sewer system and ditch system. Treatment system mainly adopts biological treatment process such as rotating biological contactor, biological aerated filter, membrane bioreactor, ecological treatment process such as artificial wetland, and physical and chemical treatment process such as filtration. Chlorine disinfection and ultraviolet disinfection are more common in reuse systems. The high cost of sewers and poor operational effect of treatment system in winter are common problems in the engineering application of rural greywater systems. Some measures should be taken, such as optimizing the diameter of greywater sewers to reduce cost, improving treatment and reuse technologies to enhance operation, and disinfecting scientifically before reuse, which could combine management improvement and optimization to promote the reuse of rural greywater. The status and problems of rural greywater collection-treatment-reuse systems were analyzed, and the recommendations and development trends were proposed at the technical, management and institutional levels. In the future, migration and transformation rules of substances and microorganisms in greywater systems should be studied. Low-temperature greywater treatment technologies should be developed, and the comprehensive benefits of greywater sewers and ditches should be scientifically evaluated to advance the further development of rural greywater theories and technologies.
