啤酒混合废水处理利用的生态工程系统实验研究

Experimental researches on the application of eco-engineering system to the treatment of mixed brewery wastewater

摘要:

生态工程系统(EES)处理无毒啤酒工业废水是实现低成本废水资源化的有效手段.实验结果表明:在水力停留时间(HRT)为12h时,上流式污泥反应器(UASB)对COD的去除率约为67%~79%,均值为76.3%;渗滤式湿地生物生态系统(IWBE)对TP的去除效果非常理想,平均去除率为98.5%;整个EES对实验废水COD去除率的均值是96.3%,对TP去除率平均为98.9%.依据实验结果,可知本系统是实现物质全息化价值链循环和污水处理产业生态化的可行途径.

Abstract:

Treating nontoxic brewery wastewater with the eco-engineering system is a highly effective method of resourcizing wastewater by lowering its cost. The experimental results show that when the hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 12 h, the removal rates of COD in the UASB reactor are approximately 67% to 79%, averagely up to 76.3%; in the Infiltrated Wetland-Biology Ecology (IWBE), and the removal rate of TP is very good, averagely up to 98.5%. The average removal rate of COD in the Eco-Engineering System (EES) is 96.3% and the removal rate of TP is 98.9%. According to the results, EES is a feasible way to realize the circulation of the value chain of generalized matter and ecologizing wastewater treatment industry.
