上旋流厌氧反应器处理酒精废水启动影响因素研究

Research on the influential factors of the vortex flow anaerobic reactor for the start-up of alcohol wastewater treatment

摘要:

采用自行研制的上旋流厌氧反应器处理酒精生产废水,研究了反应器的启动运行效果及影响因素.研究结果表明,SCOD去除效果明显,SCOD去除率均值为84%;当COD容积负荷提高到20 kg/(m3·d)以上时,SCOD去除率为84%,系统没有出现酸累积现象;COD污泥负荷(以VSS计)不超过0.55 kg/(kg·d)时,SCOD去除率最高可达86%.调试35 d后,实现了厌氧反应器的快速启动,且系统运行稳定.

Abstract:

The home-made vortex flow anaerobic reactor has been applied to the treatment of wastewater from alcohol production. The start-up running effect and influential factors of the reactor are investigated. The research results show that SCOD removing effect is obvious,and its average removing rate is 84%. When the COD volume load is increased to more than 20 kg/(m3·d),SCOD removing rate is 84%. The system has never had acid accumulation phenonomenon. When the COD sludge load(as VSS) is no more than 0.55 kg/(kg·d),the maximum SCOD removing rate can reach 86%. After debugging for 35 days,the rapid start-up of anaerobic reactor has been realized,and the system has run steadily.
