Study on the treatment of penicillin wastewater by membrane bioreactor

摘要:

在系统分析青霉素废水水质的基础上,对采用MBR技术处理河北某青霉素厂的废水进行了实验研究和经济性能分析。结果表明:控制COD容积负荷和污泥负荷分别在2.5~3.0 kg/(m3.d)和0.20~0.23 kg/(kg.d)时,MBR对CODCr的去除率90%,系统出水CODCr能够达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的二级标准。MBR工艺的吨水投资预算为960元,吨水处理成本为1.626元,较SBR工艺具有优越性。由此得出,MBR技术应用在此次改扩建项目中具有经济上和技术上的可行性。

Abstract:

According to the overall analysis of the penicillin wastewater quality in a penicillin plant in Hebei Province,the membrane bioreactor experimental research has been carried out and its economic capacity has been analyzed.The results show that the CODCr removal rate can exceed 90% when the volume load and sludge load are controlled between 2.5-3.0 kg/(m3.d) and 0.20-0.23 kg/(kg.d),respectively.CODCr of the effluent in this system meets the second-grade of the National Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).The investment budget of water per ton of MBR is CNY960 and the running cost of water per ton is CNY1.626,which are better than those of the SBR process.It indicates that MBR is feasible economically and technically for this extension project.
