预处理—UASB—接触氧化工艺处理果汁生产废水的工程调试与研究

Engineering debugging of juice wastewater treatment by pretreatment-UASB-contact oxidation technology

摘要:

山西某果汁加工厂废水处理站采用预处理—UASB—接触氧化工艺处理高浓度果汁生产废水,工程调试结果表明,该工艺对CODCr、BOD5、SS去除率在90%以上,出水水质满足《废水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的一级标准。在此类工艺调试过程中,要注意环境、进水水质对系统运行,尤其是UASB系统运行的影响,启动初期不能片面强调处理效率,容积负荷不高于0.5 kg/(m3·d)。

Abstract:

The pretreatment-UASB-contact oxidation technology has been used for treating highly concentrated juice wastewater at a wastewater treatment station of a juice processing plant,in Shanxi.The engineering debugging results show that the removal rates of CODCr,BOD5 and SS are over 90%.Its effluent water quality meets the requirements of the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).In the course of engineering debugging,attention should be paid to the effects of environment and influent quality on the system operation,especially on the system operation of UASB.At the early stage,emphasis should not be put on treatment efficiency unilaterally.Its volumetric load should be below 0.5 kg/(m3.d).
