UASB处理含甲醇酯类废水的启动及影响因素研究

Start-up of methanol-containing ester wastewater treatment by using UASB and its influencing factors

摘要:

采用UASB处理含甲醇高浓度酯类废水, 在HRT为4 d, COD容积负荷为1.32 kg/(m3·d)时, 总COD去除率大于95%, 出水COD在300~400 mg/L之间。进水COD、水力停留时间和碱度的投加是UASB启动的关键因素。处理过程中系统内的pH稳定在7.3~7.6, 且未出现VFA累积, 说明甲醇的降解途径不需经过酸化阶段。

Abstract:

UASB has been used for treating high-concentration methanol-containing ester wastewater.The total removing rate can be higher than 95% and effluent COD is between 300-400 mg/L, under the conditions as follows;VLR=1.32 kg/(m3·d) and HRT=4 d.The key factors of UASB start-up are influent COD, HRT and dosage alkalinity.During the treatment process, the pH in the system should be maintained at 7.3-7.6.No volatile fatty acids accumulation has been observed in the experiment.The result indicates that the degradation route of methanol undergoes no acidification phase
