摘要:
考察了膨胀颗粒污泥床厌氧反应器(EGSB)在不同运行条件下对化学制药废水的处理效果。结果表明:在容积负荷为2.3~15.5 kgCOD/(m3·d)的范围内,EGSB的COD去除率和甲烷产率呈现先升高后下降的趋势,并在容积负荷为11.6 kgCOD/(m3·d)时达到最高,分别为90.5%和4.12 L/(L·d)。在容积负荷为11.6 kgCOD/(m3·d)条件下,降低进水碳硫比能够导致系统COD去除率和甲烷产率的下降,最佳碳硫比为8.0。

Abstract:
The chemical pharmaceutical wastewater was treated by expanded granular sludge bed reactor(EGSB) under different operational conditions. The results showed that COD removal rate and methane yield of EGSB increased firstly and then decreased at volumetric organic loading rate(OLR) range of 2.3-15.5 kgCOD/(m3·d). The highest COD removal rate and methane yield were achieved to be 90.5% and 4.12 L/(L·d) at OLR of 11.6 kgCOD/(m3·d). When OLR was 11.6 kgCOD/(m3·d), the decreasing carbon/sulfur ratio took the reduction in COD removal rate and methane yield, and optimal carbon/sulfur ratio was 8.0.
