核桃壳固定化微生物处理高浓度印染废水的研究

Treating highly concentrated textile printing wastewater by immobilized microbe with nut shell

摘要:

采用一个串联柱状反应器装置,用核桃壳颗粒作载体,进行了固定化优势菌处理人工配制印染废水的运行研究,并对实际水样进行了测试。结果表明,出水CODCr<160mg/L,去除率为94.5%;色度<5倍,脱色率为99.2%,达到行业排放标准。

Abstract:

Using a cylinder-shaped reactor in series full of several kinds of micr obe immobilized on granular nut shells,we treated artificial wastewater of text ile printing and the industry wastewater.The CODCr of the effluent is under 160 mg/L with 94.5 percent removal ratio,and the chromaticity of the effluent is under 5 times with 99.2 percent removal ratio, which reaches the discharged stand ard.
