摘要:

齐鲁石化公司炼油厂软化水站原生产工艺存在消耗高、周期制水量少的问题。为解决这一问题,进行了简单的工艺改造。将氢离子交换器内树脂由001×7型改为D113型,利用D113树脂工交大、易再生的优点,达到节水降耗的目的,取得了显著的经济效益。

关键词: 离子交换器, 软化水, 硬度, 酸度

Abstract:

The original process of water softening unit in Shengli Refinery had many problems, such as high consumption, low cycle water production. To solve such problems, simple technical improvement has been made: changing the resin in the hydrogen ion exchanger from 001 × 7 to D113. The advantages of D113 resin, such as high working capacity and being regenerated easily are made use of. In this case, the goal of saving water and lowering cosumptions are achieved. Finally remarkable economic benefits have been obtained.
