电去离子膜堆不同运行方式的探讨

摘要:

对电去离子膜堆制备高纯水的不同运行工艺进行大量的试验研究。电去离子作为高纯水制备领域的新技术,在运行工艺上还有很多需要进一步探讨的方面。作者简单介绍了电去离子技术的原理,并就电去离子膜堆在运行过程中其浓水的排放方式、入水水质的影响、膜堆的强制再生以及膜堆的连续运行等方面进行了详细的工艺研究。

Abstract:

Lots of tests have been done on the different running ways of applying the membrane stack of electrodeionization to the preparation of water with high purity. There are still many aspects need to be further studied. The principles of electrodeionization is introduced simply. Technological researches of the continuous running ways of the membrane stack of electrodeionization for different inflow water, concentrated water and the regeneration have been carried through.
