Determination of trace mercury with salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone by fluorophotometry

摘要:

合成了荧光试剂水杨醛缩氨基硫脲(SHTA),该试剂与汞离子能形成配合物,从而使该试剂在λexem为385nm/485nm时产生荧光熄灭。利用此配合反应建立了汞的分析方法,汞质量浓度在0~100μg/L范围内与ΔI成线性关系,检测限为0.022μg/L,测得的相对标准偏差为1.9%,考察了20余种共存组分的干扰情况。该方法成功地应用于测定污水和污泥中痕量的汞。

Abstract:

Fluorescence reagent salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone iS synthesized. is reagent can form coordiation compound with mercury, SO as to make this reagent produce fluoroscence extinction, when it iS at A /A~=385 nm/485 nm.Making use of this reaction,the analytical method of mercury is SO set up.When the mercury content is within the range of 0—1 00 g/L,it is linear with△IF. The detectability is 0.022 g/L. erelative standard deviation detected iS 1.9%. More than 20 kinds of coexistent components have been investigated.This method has been successfully applied tO the determination of trace mercury in wastewater and sludge.
