W11-4油田生产系统所加药剂对系统腐蚀控制状况影响评价

Estimating the effect of agents added in the production system on controlling system corrosion in W11 - 4 oil field

摘要:

为了对W11-4油田生产系统所加药剂对系统腐蚀控制状况的影响作出评价,采用目前世界上最先进的旁通式在线快速腐蚀监测仪,对W11-4油田生产污水系统在不同加药状态下的腐蚀状况进行了监测。结果表明:W11-4A平台和W11-4B平台油井口加注的缓蚀剂IMC-80-N对后面的污水处理系统起到了保护作用。污水系统所加净水剂NY-16会加重系统的腐蚀,使腐蚀速度增幅达到40% ̄50%,且腐蚀速度增幅随所加净水剂NY-16浓度的增加而增加,使腐蚀速度增幅达80%以上。缓蚀剂IMC-80-N不但在一级分离器出口单独使用时能很好地控制系统的腐蚀,而且与净水剂NY-16同时加注时,还能控制净水剂NY-16造成的腐蚀约50%。

Abstract:

It is intended to estimate the effect of agents added in the production system of W11 - 4 oil field on system the controlling of corrosion. The present bypass on-line rapid corrosion monitor is adopted to monitor the system corrosi on without adding agents, adding both inhibitor IMC - 80 - N and water processin g agent NY - 16, adding only water processing agent NY - 16, adding only IMC - 8 0 - N inhibitor. The result shows that inhibitor IMC - 80 - N added into the oil well has protected the water processing system on the plate W11 - 4A and plate W11 - 4B. The water processing agent NY - 16 enhance the corrosion, increasing b y 40% - 50%, the corrosion rate increases with the concentration of NY - 16, and the rate of corrosion increases by 100%. IMC - 80 - N can not only control the corrosion when it is used alone, but control 50% of corrosion caused by NY-16 wh en added with NY - 16.
