示踪型马丙共聚物的性能研究

摘要:

通过荧光光谱法和静态阻垢法研究了示踪型马丙共聚物的性能。结果表明,该示踪型马丙共聚物的荧光强度与其浓度呈较好的线性关系;与常用阻垢缓蚀剂复配使用时,荧光强度几乎不受影响;具有良好的阻碳酸钙的能力和较好的分散能力及耐温能力,静态阻垢试验表明其对碳酸钙的阻垢能力与市售马丙共聚物的性能相当。

Abstract:

The performance of traced maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymers has been studied by means of fluorescent spectrum and static evaluation test. An excellent linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer and its concentration has been found. Little effect on the fluorescence intensity has been found when combining the copolymers with some other corrosion-scale inhibitors. Besides excellent heat tolerance, it has good inhibition efficiency on calcium carbonate. The results from static-state test reveal that it has almost the same inhibition efficiency on CaCO3 as the maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymers commonly used.
