壳聚糖/羧甲基纤维素/聚丙烯酸凝胶对含铅废水的吸附研究

Adsorption of lead wastewater by chitosan/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/polyacrylic acid hydrogel

以壳聚糖(CTS)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为接枝底物,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,NN’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用自由基聚合法合成壳聚糖/羧甲基纤维素钠/聚丙烯酸(CTS/CMC/PAA)水凝胶。对制备的CTS/CMC/PAA水凝胶进行了FT-IR、SEM、XRD、Zeta电位分析和溶胀性能测试。研究了水凝胶在不同吸附时间、pH、重金属离子质量浓度、温度下对Pb2+吸附性能的影响,并根据吸附动力学、等温吸附模型结合Zeta电位初步探讨了该水凝胶的吸附机理。实验结果表明,在室温25 ℃、pH=5、Pb2+初始质量浓度100 mg/L、吸附时间为45 min的条件下,CTS/CMC/PAA水凝胶对溶液中Pb2+的吸附率和吸附容量分别达到95.22%和142.83 mg/g;CTS/CMC/PAA水凝胶对溶液中Pb2+的吸附过程为多层物理、多层化学吸附的混合过程。最后通过连续流实验可以看到CTS/CMC/PAA水凝胶在连续流中处理含Pb2+废水的能力较强,为工程应用提供了理论支撑。

Abstract:

Chitosan/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/polyacrylic acid(CTS/CMC/PAA) hydrogel was synthesized by free radical polymerization using chitosan(CTS) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na) as graft substrates,acrylic acid(AA) as functional monomer,potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator,and NN’-methy-enebisacrylamide(NMBA) as crosslinking agent. The prepared CTS/CMC/PAA hydrogels were analyzed by FT-IR,SEM,XRD,Zeta potential and swelling performance test. The influences of the hydrogel on the adsorption performance of Pb2+ under the conditions of adsorption time,pH,concentration of heavy metal ions and temperature were studied. The adsorption mechanism of the hydrogel was preliminarily discussed according to the adsorption kinetics,isothermal adsorption model and Zeta potential results. Under room temperature of 25 ℃,pH=5,Pb2+ mass concentration of 100 mg/L,and adsorption time of 45 min,the adsorption rate and adsorption capacity of CTS/CMC/PAA hydrogel for Pb2+ in solution reached 95.22% and 142.83 mg/g respectively. The adsorption of Pb2+ in solution by CTS/CMC/PAA hydrogel was a mixed process of multi-layer physics and multi-layer chemistry. Finally,through continuous flow experiments,it could be seen that CTS/CMC/PAA hydrogels had strong ability to treat wastewater containing Pb2+ in continuous flow,providing theoretical support for enginreering application.
