马来酰胺酸类单体的合成及聚合后阻垢性能的研究

Research on the synthesis of maleamic acid monomer and its scale inhibition capability after polymerization

摘要: 以乙醇胺(MEA)和马来酸酐(MA)为原料,冰乙酸为溶剂,合成了N-(马来酸单乙酯)马来酰胺酸。采用正交实验研究了单体合成的影响因素,并采用IR、元素分析、TG/DTG对制备的单体进行了表征。结果表明,所合成的单体结构明确,纯度较高,在较佳的合成条件下收率可达81.8%。该单体在水相中所合成的均聚物,以及该单体与马来酸酐的共聚物的阻碳酸钙垢性能与水解聚马来酸酐工业品相比相差不大,但阻磷酸钙垢性能有了较大幅度的提高。

Abstract: The N-(maleic acid ethyl ester) maleamic acid has been synthesized by using ethanolamine(MEA) and maleic anhydride(MA) as raw materials and glacial acetic acid as solvent. The influencing factors of monomer synthesis have been investigated by orthogonal experiments,and the prepared monomers characterized by IR,elemental analysis and TG/DTG. The results show that the structure of the synthesized monomer is clear and has high purity. Under optimal synthesis conditions,the yield can reach 81.8%. Compared with the industrial product hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride,there is little difference in the scale inhibition capability for calcium carbonate of the homopolymer of monomer synthesized in the aqueous phase and the copolymer of monomer and maleic anhydride. However, the scale inhibition capability for calcium phosphate is improved to a great extent.
