低温低浊进水条件下壳聚糖助滤效果研究

Research on the filtering-aid effect of chitosan under low temperature and low turbidity influent conditions

摘要: 以低温低浊水为研究对象,进行壳聚糖(CTS)微絮凝强化过滤试验。结果表明,投加CTS可有效降低砂滤出水浊度、颗粒物和有机物浓度;当CTS投加量为0.7 mg/L时,砂滤出水浊度可降至0.2 NTU;进水pH较低时,CTS对腐殖酸类有机物的去除效果较好。酸性条件下,CTS强化过滤机理以电中和和吸附架桥作用为主;中性和碱性条件下,则以高分子聚合物吸附架桥作用为主。

Abstract: The micro-flocculation enhanced filtration tests on chitosan(CTS) has been implemented,using water with low temperature and low turbidity as the research object. The results show that the addition of CTS can effectively lower the turbidity of the sand-filtering effluent,and the concentration of granular substances and organic substances. When CTS dosage is 0.7 mg/L,the turbidity of sand-filtering effluent can be lowered to 0.2 NTU. When the influent pH is comparatively low,the removing effect of CTS on humic acid organic substances is good. Under acidic condition,the CTS enhanced filtration mechanisms are mainly charge neutralization and adsorption bridging action,while under neutral and alkaline conditions,it is mainly high molecular polymer adsorption bridging action.
