石化制氢装置水回收利用试验研究

摘要:

介绍了“争光”牌大孔强酸阳树脂ZGC151-Ⅱ和大孔强碱阴树脂ZGA451-Ⅱ两种树脂在扬子石化冷凝水回收利用试验中的使用情况。试验结果表明,利用树脂的吸附和交换作用可达到冷凝水回收利用的目的,出水达到一级除盐水标准。

Abstract:

The experiments on the recycling of condensed water in Yangzi Petrochemical Plant concerning the macroporous strong cationic resin ZGC151-Ⅱ and macroporous strong base anionic resin ZGA451-Ⅱ, whose trademark is “Zhengguang”, are introduced. The results showthat the adsorption and exchanging functions of resin can be used for achievingthe goal of recycling the condensed water. The outlet water reaches the First Class Desalted Water Standard, and, thus, lowers the equipment consumption and the environmental pollution.
