制浆造纸中段水的生化处理研究

Bio-chemical treatment of the pulp and paper midcourse effluent

摘要:

制浆造纸废水是一种较难治理的工业废水。以山东某纸业公司的造纸中段废水为研究对象,采用动态连续试验方法和“厌氧活性污泥+生物接触氧化工艺”对该废水进行生化处理,试验分培养、驯化和工艺参数优化三个部分。培养、驯化出了适应该废水的微生物优势菌种为红斑飘虫和钟虫,并分离出了降解木质素的优势纯菌种白腐菌,得出了生化处理流程最佳条件。出水指标达到了GB 3544—1992造纸工业污染物排放二级标准。

Abstract:

Pulp and paper effluent is industrial wastewater which is difficult to be treated. The paper-making midcourse wastewater used in this research is from a paper industry company in Shandong. Bio-chemical treatment of the wastewater in the midcourse has been studied. The bio-chemical treatment system uses “anaerobic activated sludge+biological contact oxidation”process. It consists of culturing stage, taming stage and optimising the indexes stage in the study. After culturing stage, taming stage and bio-chemical tests, Aeolosoma hemprichii, Vorticella and White rot fungi have been got from the reactor. The optimal condition is obtained for the bio-chemical treatment. Through this process, the outlet water meets the Second Class National Discharge Standard of paper industry(GB 3544—1992).
