连铸机含油污水处理新工艺及其应用

摘要:

传统的连铸机含油污水处理工艺存在除油和悬浮物不彻底,压力过滤器石英砂滤料易板结堵塞、乱层,水系统大量滋生生物黏泥等问题。提出了磁化—高效斜浅层除油沉淀—管道自动过滤新工艺,并进行了工业性试验研究。试验结果表明,出水悬浮物<20mg/L、油<5mg/L。该工艺用于连铸含油污水的处理效果良好,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:

According to the traditional processes of the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater in continuous casting system, it was found that the removal of oil and suspended matter could not be carried out, the pressure-filter quartz sand filtrated materials were easy to get agglomerated and plugged, caused layer disorder, and produced a lot of biological slime in the water system. A new process of magnetization-lamella separating oil skimming-pipe automatic filter is introduced, on the basis ofindustrial experiments. The results show that the suspended matter in effluent is lower than 20 mg/L and oil is lower than 5 mg/L. It is particularly effective for treating oil-bearing wastewater in casting systemand has a promising future.
