同步活化磁化制备磁性多孔炭去除水中孔雀石绿

Magnetic porous carbon prepared by synchronous activation magnetization to remove malachite green from water

摘要:

通过ZnCl2和FeCl3的同步活化磁化法,制备出了既有磁分离能力又有较强吸附能力的磁性多孔炭材料。结果表明:ZnCl2和FeCl3起到了较好的活化作用,随着活化剂用量的增加,孔隙率和比表面积迅速增大,孔填充效果增强。磁性多孔炭比表面积最高为2 302 m2/g,孔容最高为1.176 cm3/g,同时在表面络合和π-π键相互作用下,吸附性能也明显提高。磁性多孔炭对孔雀石绿有着较好的吸附效果,最大吸附量为1 004.3 mg/g。饱和磁化强度为7.99 emu/g,磁性质足以使其在外加磁场的作用下和溶液分离。

Abstract:

By the synchronous activation magnetization method of adding ZnCl2 and FeCl3, the magnetic porous carbon materials with both magnetic separation ability and strong adsorption ability were prepared. Results showed that the ZnCl2 and FeCl3 played a great role of activation in porous carbon. With the increase of the dosage of activator ZnCl2 and FeCl3, porosity and surface area increased rapidly, and the hole filling was enhanced. Magnetic porous carbon surface area was up to 2 302 m2/g and pore volume of 1.176 cm3/g. At the same time, the surface complexation and π-π bond interaction also significantly improve the adsorption. It has good adsorption effect on malachite green, with the highest adsorption capacity of 1 004.3 mg/g. The measured saturation magnetization is 7.99 emu/g, and the magnetic components was sufficient to be separated from the solution under the action of external magnetic field.
