摘要:

针对沿海工业园区初期雨水含盐量较高,不利于常规生化及难以快速启动的问题,开展改性MBBR填料制备、盐度梯级驯化的研究。研究表明,采用盐度梯级驯化的反应器MBBR稳定运行在第13天完成,比其他挂膜方式快8~10 d。16S rDNA的焦磷酸测序表明R3中球衣菌属高度丰富。因此,盐度梯级驯化是高盐雨水快速启动的有希望的替代方法,使整个系统具有耐冲击、耐盐、启动快等特点,有效降低临港工业园区人工湿地冲击负荷风险。

Abstract:

The initial rain in coastal industrial clusters has the problem of high salt content, difficult conventional biochemical process and hard to rapid start-up. In view of that, it was carried out preparation of modified MBBR filler and cascade acclimation of salinity. Results showed that this MBBR run stably on day 13, and was 8-10 d faster than the other colonization. Pyrosequencing of 16S rRNA revealed that Sphaerotilus was the predominating microbial community at level in R3. Therefore, the step-increase of inlet method is a promising alternative for the rapid start-up of saline wastewater. The whole system has the characteristics of impact resistance, salt resistance, quick start, et al, which can effectively reduce the risk of impact load on constructed wetlands in Lingang Industrial Clusters.
