水解酸化—生物接触氧化处理高盐含油废水研究

Treatment of high salinity oil-bearing was tewater by hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidizing process

摘要:

采用水解酸化—生物接触氧化处理高盐含油废水,试验结果表明:水解酸化可将废水可生化性提高10.2%。进水盐质量浓度12~18 g/L时,系统对CODCr的去除率达到84.5%,油的去除率达到88.4%。系统的耐盐冲击能力较强,低盐冲击对系统的影响要较高盐冲击小。进水盐质量浓度>20 g/L时,系统的处理效果下降。

Abstract:

The microbial degradation with hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidizing process has been investigated to characterize the biodegradability of high salinity oil-bearing wastewater with oil concentration 26.5-63.7mg/L and salt concentration 12-18 g/L. The experimental results demonstratesthat the biodegradability (BOD5/CODCr)of wastewater could be raised 10.2% by hydrolytic acidification. The hydrolytic acidificationbiological contact oxidizing process results in good removal rate of CODCr(84.5%)and oil (88.4%). The shock salt loading test shows that the effect on the process could be eliminated by the usual steady influent salinity. The optimal salt concentration for the process is less than 20 g/L.
