中水用作火电厂循环冷却水的工艺研究

摘要:

对处理后的生活污水(中水)作为火电厂循环冷却水的再处理方法与工艺流程进行了研究,对影响处理后的生活污水作为火电厂循环冷却水的因素进行了分析,并将经处理后的生活污水在2台12 MW的燃煤机组上进行了工业性应用试验研究。研究结果表明,生活污水经过一定的处理以后,完全能够满足火电厂循环冷却水的要求,不仅降低了火电厂循环冷却水的取水费用,而且减少了生活污水对环境的污染,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:

The treatment method and process of the regenerated domestic sewage used as circulating cooling water have been studied and the influential factors are analyzed and optimized as well. The pilot use of domestic sewage as circulating cooling water is conducted in a 12 MW coal-fired fluidized-bed unit, and continuous operation for two years indicatesthat this technology features environmental protection with high economy. The results show that the domestic sewage can meet the demands of circulating cooling water after treatment and process optimization, and it not only reduces water fees but is also good for the environmental protection.
