复合絮凝剂处理果胶废水工艺研究

Study on the treatment of pectin wastewater by composite flocculant

摘要:

以石灰乳为中和剂,炉渣为脱色剂,采用三氯化铁、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺3种絮凝剂处理果胶废水,考察它们对果胶废水的絮凝效果。实验结果表明,将三氯化铁和聚乙烯醇按m(三氯化铁)∶m(聚乙烯醇)=51∶的比例配合使用,其絮凝效果均优于单独使用3种絮凝剂。通过正交实验,确定了最佳工艺条件。使用复合絮凝剂质量分数为0.01%时,采用该工艺处理后的废水无色透明,SS去除率为100%,Cl-去除率为90.2%,CODCr去除率为88.4%,pH为6.8~7.2,达到回用水的标准。

Abstract:

The technical schema for the treatment of pectin wastewater is put forward by using lime as neutralizers, FeCl 3, PVA and PAM as flocculant, cinder as decolouriser. It is observed that using FeCl 3, PVA coordinately at a mass ratio of 5∶1 gives much better results than any one of the three flocculants applied alone. Through orthogonal technical treatment processing, the optimal processing condition is obtained. The removal rates of SS is 100%, Cl is 90.2%, COD Cr is 88.4%, and pH 6.8~7.2, reaching the reuse standards when the using ratio of composite flocculant to pectin wastewater is 0.01%.
