摘要:

针对酵母废水高浓度、高色度、成分复杂、难处理的特点,采用厌氧—好氧生物流化床结合混凝工艺处理该废水,对生物流化床的启动和负荷运行、混凝以及处理过程中色度的变化进行了探讨,结果表明,当进水COD质量浓度约8000mg/L,色度为3200倍左右,厌氧和好氧HRT分别为24、6.5h,混凝剂聚合硫酸铁质量浓度为3g/L时,出水COD<300mg/L,色度<180倍。

Abstract:

Aerobic and anaerobic biological fluidized beds combining with flocculation processes are used for treating high strength and high chroma wastewater of a yeast plant. Experiment results show: when the influent COD is about 8 000 mg/L, the chroma is about 3 200 times, the HRT of anaerobic and aerobic are 24 h and 6.5 h respectively, the amount of polyferric sulfate is 3 g/L, the COD and the chroma are under 300 mg/L and 180 times respectively in the effluent.
