微生物法处理钻井废水中的石油污染物

Treatment of petroleum pollutants from drilling wastewater by microbiological method

摘要:

针对未经预处理的钻井废水中的石油污染物,通过驯化、紫外线诱变、再驯化的方法从油库污染土壤中筛选出一株可高效降解钻井废水中石油烃的微生物诱变菌株YY-12,经鉴定为酵母菌属的CandidaBoidinii。通过单因素实验得到了YY-12处理废水中石油烃的最佳温度为33℃,接种量为15%,pH为7。在此条件下处理96h后使降解后的废水中石油烃质量浓度从805.6mg/L下降到17.6mg/L。

Abstract:

Aiming at the unpretreated petroleum pollutants from drilling wastewater,one microbian mutagenic strain named YY-2 that could degrade petroleum hydrocarbon in drilling wastewater with high efficiency is screened. It is screened from contaminated soil of petroleum storage treated by domestication,ultraviolet mutagism and redomestication, and it belongs to saccharomyces genus Candida Boidinii. Through single factor experiments,the optimum temperature of YY-2 to treat the hydrocarbon in wastewater is 33 ℃,seed volume is 15%, and pH is 7. Being treated on this condition for 96 h, the oil content of wastewater drops down from 805.6 mg/L before degradation to 17.6 mg/L.
