摘要:
采用水解酸化+二级接触氧化工艺处理新区某DOP工厂废水。设计总处理水量120m3/d,其中原浓废水20m3/d,出水回流100m3/d;设计进水水质:高浓度有机废水CODCr9000mg/L,pH5~9,混合后废水CODCr1500mg/L,pH6~8;设计出水水质:CODCr≤130mg/L,pH6~9。实际进水CODCr987.60mg/L,平均出水CODCr为105.37mg/L;平均CODCr去除率为89.33%,处理后出水可达标排放。

Abstract:
Hydrolysis acidification and two-stage contact oxidation processes are used for treating the DOP wastewater. The designed total flow is 120 m3/d.The original highly concentrated wastewater is 20 m3/d, and the refluxing effluent 100 m3/d.They are mixed in neutralization pool.The designed influent quality is as follows: the highly concentrated organic wastewater CODCr 9 000 mg/L,pH 5-9,after mixed,the wastewater CODCr concentration 1 500 mg/L, pH 6-8.The designed effluent quality is as follows: CODCr≤130 mg/L, pH 6-9.The real influent CODCris 987.60 mg/L,the average effluent CODCr105.37 mg/L,the average removal rate of CODCr is 89.33%.The treated water quality can be up to the designed discharge standard.
