摘要:
大牛地气田含甲醇污水矿化度较高,pH较低,悬浮固体含量较高。为了控制污水中悬浮粒子粒径和悬浮物含量,通过室内和现场实验确定采用氢氧化钠作为pH调节剂,聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为絮凝剂,并确定了复配方案的加量、次序、温度及加药间隔时间。根据絮凝处理后污水的水质特点,提出了缓蚀阻垢的建议,并进行了现场验证试验。

Abstract:
The wastewater containing methanol in Daniudi Gas Field is characterized by higher mineralization degree,higher content of suspended solids and lower pH.In order to control the diameter and volume of the suspended particles of the wastewater,and through lab and on spot experiments,chemicals:i.e.sodium hydroxide,polyaluminum chloride(PAC)and polyacrylamide(PAM)are determined,and the combination plan of adding volumes,orders,temperature and time interval of chemical feeding is determined,too.Based on the quality characteristics of flocculated wastewater,the proposal of corrosion and scale inhibiting methods are put forward,and the experimentations have been tested on spot.
