Optimizing the ingredient of water treatment agent and improving the concentration cycle of circulating water

摘要:

针对兰州石化公司某循环水系统在高浓缩倍数条件下运行时结垢及腐蚀严重的问题,采用了投加两种以有机磷、有机羧酸等为主剂的缓蚀阻垢剂,并间隔投加氧化性杀菌剂与非氧化性杀菌剂,同时加酸处理的水处理方案,使该系统浓缩倍数达到了5倍以上,并确保了现场运行指标和监测数据达到并优于中石油规定的循环水场达标指标要求,同时大幅度减少了补充水量,达到了节水的目的。

Abstract:

Aiming at the serious scale and corrosion problems in a chemical plant running under the condition of highly concentrated circulating water,two kinds of corrosion and scaling inhibitors mainly consisting of organic phos- phorus and organic carboxylic acid have been used,together with acid adding,to increase the cycle of concentration up to 5 or more.Oxidizing and non-oxidizing bactericide are used alternatively,to ensure the operating indexes and monitoring data of the circulating water field to reach or exceed the requirement regulated by PetroChina.At the same time,the volume of make-up water has been reduced and,as a result,the purpose of water save has been realized.
