盐析-树脂吸附法处理D-对羟基苯甘氨酸生产废水

Treatment of indus trial wastewater from D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine production by salt-out and res in adsorption

摘要:

采用盐析-树脂NDA-99吸附组合工艺处理D-对羟基苯甘氨酸生产过程中排放的高浓度含酚废水。实验确定的最佳工艺条件:(1)盐析剂为无水Na2SO4,其投加质量浓度为140g/L,温度40℃,搅拌时间30min;(2)采用双柱串联吸附,吸附流量10mL/h,处理水量150mL/批次。实验结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下对该废水进行处理,出水无色透明,CODCr、挥发酚、TOC去除率分别为41.31%~42.98%、61.28%~64.07%、39.09%~40.46%。

Abstract:

A combined system including salt-out processs and resin adsorption has been applied to the treatment of wastewater from D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine production. The optimum conditions are as follows: ( 1) The saltingout agent is anhydrous sodium sulfate, the dosage 140 g/L, temperature 40 ℃, stirring time 30 min; ( 2) The effluent is adsorbed by a 2-column series at the flux density of 10 mL/h, water volume is 150 mL/batch. The results show that, under the optimum conditions, the effluent is colorless and transparent. The removal rates of CODCr, phenol and TOC are 41.31%-42.98%, 61.28%-64.07% and 39.09%-40.46% respectively.
