深色制革废水中Cr(Ⅵ)含量的测定

Determination of Cr(Ⅵ)-content in deeply-dyed tannery wastewater

摘要:

建立了以氧化镁为脱色剂,按GB 7467—1987标准测定深色制革废水中Cr(Ⅵ)含量的方法。实验表明:深色废水脱色率可达90%以上,Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率小于4%,当50 mL溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)质量在8.306~41.53μg时,回归方程m=0.834 3+20.32ΔA(r=0.999 9)。样品加标回收率为92.4%~97.6%,相对标准偏差为2.15%~4.37%。

Abstract:

An analytical method of the determination of Cr(Ⅵ)-content in deeply-dyed tannery wastewater with magnesia according to GB 7467-1987 has been established.The results show that the decolorization rate of deeply- dyed tannery wastewater reaches over 90% and the adsorption rate of Cr(Ⅵ)is below 4%.Within the Cr(Ⅵ)mass range of 8.306-41.53μg in 50 mL of solution,the linear regression equation is m=0.834 3+20.32ΔA(r=0.9999).The recovery rate of the labelled sample is 92.4%-97.6% and the RSD is 2.15%-4.37%.
