改性活性炭对饮用水中Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能的研究

Adsorption characteristics of Cr(Ⅵ) in drinking water with modified activated carbon

摘要:

利用溶胶法制备二氧化钛溶胶负载于粉末活性炭上,与聚乙烯粉末烧结制备出一种具有高强度、高透水性的吸附材料,用于Cr(Ⅵ)的去除。对该材料进行了表征,并通过动态实验比较了活性炭负载前后流速和浓度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,pH=7时,未负载的活性炭材料吸附效果较差,而负载二氧化钛后的活性炭的吸附性能大幅增加,可在高流速和较高初始浓度的条件下将含Cr(Ⅵ)废水降至饮用水标准以下。

Abstract:

Powdered activated carbon supported TiO2 was prepared by sol method, and then sintered with polyethylene powder to prepare an adsorbent material with high strength and high water permeability for Cr(Ⅵ) removal. The material was characterized. The influences of flow rate and concentration on the adsorption effect were compared by dynamic experiments. The results showed that under the condition of pH=7 the adsorption ability of unloaded activated carbon material was weak. On the other hand, when TiO2 was loaded on the activated carbon, the adsorption performance was greatly increased and the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) could be reduced to meet the drinking water standard under the conditions of high flow rate and high initial concentration.
