TiO2/CdS异质结的制备及光催化和抗菌性能研究

Preparation of TiO2/CdS heterojunction and its photocatalytic and antibacterial properties

摘要:

通过水热及原位沉积结合的方法制备了TiO2/CdS异质结微球。实验结果表明:CdS成功地包覆在了TiO2微球的表面,且TiO2微球为锐钛矿晶相。在太阳光照射40 min后,所得TiO2/CdS异质结样品对甲基橙的降解率(58.1%)远远高于TiO2微球和CdS样品。此外,太阳光照射2 h后的异质结样品对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有良好的灭菌效果。光催化性能的增强可能与异质结样品扩宽了光吸收范围及延迟了光生电子和空穴的复合有关。

Abstract:

TiO2/CdS heterojunction microspheres were prepared by a combination of hydrothermal and in-situ deposition method. The results showed that CdS were successfully coated on the surfaces of TiO2 microspheres, and the TiO2 microspheres were anatase crystal phase. After 40 min of sunlight exposure, the degradation rate of methyl orange (58.1%) of the obtained TiO2/CdS heterojunction samples was higher than that of TiO2 microspheres and CdS samples. In addition, the heterojunction samples exposed to sunlight for 2 h exhibited good sterilization effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The enhancement of photocatalytic performance may be related to the expansion of the light absorption range and the delay of the recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes in heterojunction samples.
