对膜处理项目设计、安装、调试及运行各阶段应考虑的若干问题进行了分析和讨论。只有设计时全面考 虑，安装、调试时加强管理、统筹安排，运行时精心操作，才能确保膜处理工艺达到理想的处理效果。

Abstract:

Some problems with the membrane treatment project， its design， installation，debugging and operation are analyzed and discussed. For the excellence in the engineering of membrane protecting treatment project， the design must be considered comprehensively， the management of installation and debugging must be strengthened， the arrangement must be integrated， and the operation must be conducted elaborately.
